WHO WE ARE
The ABB EcoFlex HPC is a fully integrated high‑power charging enclosure designed to simplify and accelerate large‑scale EV infrastructure deployment.
Engineered as a plug‑and‑play solution, the enclosure accommodates four to eight 175 kW power cabinets, delivering up to 1.4 MW of total charging capacity.
The system integrates a low‑voltage distribution board, EV site solution (EVSS) control panel, and optional 500 kW BESS feeder, enabling advanced charging functionality and energy management. By housing chargers, distribution components, and optional withdrawable charging posts within a single prewired enclosure, EcoFlex significantly reduces on‑site installation time, civil works, and safety risks. With an IP54‑rated LV compartment, lockable vandal‑resistant design, and heavy‑duty shock‑mounted modules for easy relocation, the EcoFlex HPC provides a secure, scalable, and future‑ready platform for high‑power EV charging deployments across commercial, fleet, and highway applications.
