About the contract
A pre-competed path for Florida agencies
The Florida Sheriffs Association Cooperative Purchasing Program (FSA CPP) established this contract to let sheriffs' offices, counties, municipalities, school boards, water management districts, and other eligible governmental entities acquire EV charging infrastructure on a "no trade-in basis" — already vetted through FSA's own competitive solicitation.
Verdek holds awards under this contract as an authorized Dealer, giving Purchasers a direct, pre-competed path to the chargers, portable power stations, and network software listed below. Pricing sits at or below MSRP and already includes the FSA administrative fee — nothing is added on top at time of purchase.
Eligibility extends beyond Florida: out-of-state entities can use this contract where permitted by Verdek's manufacturer agreements. Full program details are maintained by FSA at the link in the footer.

Contract pricing is extended and guaranteed to the Florida Sheriffs Association and any unit of local government, political subdivision, or agency of the State of Florida — including school boards, water management districts, and special districts.

Eligible purchasers — any unit of Florida local government, political subdivision, or state agency, plus school boards, water management districts, and special districts (§1.09). Out-of-state use is possible under Verdek's manufacturer agreements.
Ordering — Purchasers issue a Purchase Order referencing the FSA CPP contract title/number and item number; Verdek places the order with the manufacturer within 10 business days (§3.16).
Pricing — all bid prices are at or below MSRP, FOB destination with delivery included, and already carry FSA's 0.75% administrative fee — it's never a separate line item on an invoice (§2.10, §3.22).
Price adjustments — Verdek can request annual adjustments tied to the Producer Price Index, manufacturer-certified cost changes, or design/production changes, subject to FSA CPP approval (§3.06).
New items — products that come to market during the term can be added if the manufacturer authorizes Verdek to sell them and FSA CPP approves pricing (§3.04).
Contract length — runs July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028, with the option for FSA to extend up to two additional years on a year-to-year basis (§1.03, §3.05).
